This software is designed to act as a database.
It can hold information about thousands of parts used on hundreds of machines and has an excellent search facility. It is designed so that users of the software "check out" parts they are using to fix machines which then updates the stock level for that part.
It has a built in order facility which prints a list of parts that a below the minimum stock level which indicates these parts must be ordered as well as history of each machine. The history shows each part that has been changed and how often it gets changed.
There is also a random stock check facility giving 10 parts for a user to go and check that the system has the right data for that part.
